CUSTOMER IDENTITY
The customer declares to be a professional identity and therefore not to qualify as a consumer. Personalize will not treat users of this site as its customers merely because they have accessed it. They will have to request advice or a supply through the appropriate commercial channel, which involves the specific acceptance of the conditions of sale
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS
Personalize undertakes to provide all accessible features on the products offered and on the printing techniques available
PRICE OF GOODS
The price of the products must be understood as the sum of the material added to the customization/printing of the logo, where requested by the customer, and VAT, where applicable.The sales contract must be considered complete only when the shipping costs have also been contemplated.Prices are expressed in euros and are valid only for the quantities indicated in the offer or in the order confirmation, and exclusively for the execution of the single order unless otherwise agreed, without being repeatable.The estimate is valid for 21 days from the date of initial creation, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in the negotiation phase
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is due upon delivery of the order and must be made by the customer 100% in advance. Any different payment conditions must be indicated in the order confirmation.The customer acknowledges Personalize's right not to process the order and/or not proceed with the delivery of the product if payment is not made within the terms indicated above and/or in different terms where agreed, remaining in any case obliged to pay.A delay in payment for more than 15 days from the agreed date will legitimize Personalize to consider the contract terminated due to non-fulfilment by the customer, with consequent further exemption of Personalize from the obligation to deliver the goods and its right in any case to demand the agreed amount
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery methods and times will be agreed during the negotiation phase.Delivery is understood to have been made when the products are delivered to the customer at the destination indicated by the latter when placing the order. The customer accepts all risks and expenses inherent in the transport of the goods ordered and Personalize is not liable for delays and/or defaults by the carrier.The customer who receives damaged or "non-compliant" packages is required, as the consignee, to affix a specific written reserve at the time of delivery. The customer is required to check for any discrepancies between the delivered goods and the transport document and to report them via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods.The delivery date is indicated in good faith in the order confirmation with reference to the standard supply processes.If the customer intends to request delivery of the goods within a mandatory period, he must always expressly communicate this when accepting the estimate, before confirming the order by Personalize, which reserves the right in such cases to apply any surcharges, compared to what has already been quoted, which will be indicated in the order confirmation.The standard delivery times for the goods ordered are on average around 10/18 days from the balance of the agreed price
EXTENSION OF TERMS
Personalize reserves the right to extend the delivery terms, or to cancel or partially execute the supply, without being in any way obliged to pay any indemnity, in the following cases:a) causes of force majeure such as, for example, pandemics, strikes, lack or insufficiency of energy, fire in the supplier's companies and/or any event not attributable to the latter;b) difficulty in procuring raw materials for reasons not attributable to the supplier;c) insufficiency, inaccuracies or delays by the customer in the transmission of the information necessary for the execution of the orderd) need for further information regarding any trademark copyrightse) The customer is aware that no changes are possible during production
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal, according to article 59 of the Consumer Code, is NOT foreseen for the supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods (Ministry of Enterprises)
